How we work

To ensure coherence across our college centres, academies, local communities and partners, OHC&AT works within five Regional Hubs.

By streamlining the interaction between the Academies and the College Centres, we are able to improve the information, advice and guidance for our pupils and students ahead of transitions by working across a broader range of provision as well as strengthening our community relationships to benefit our students.

We routinely support other providers in an attempt to spread good practice and improve opportunities for pupils and we welcome the opportunity to further support educational developments in our local communities.

This is a very exciting and pivotal moment in the lives of St Dominic’s, Brantridge and Grafham Grange schools.  Academy conversion under the sponsorship of OHC&AT will help secure their futures and, no doubt, lead to better outcomes for pupils and students, families and carers, staff and all stakeholders.   We are looking forward to a bright future as part of the OHC&AT family.
